Résumé

Le contexte concurrentiel et environnemental dans lequel évoluent présentement les Petites et Moyennes Entreprises (PME) manufacturières les pousse à réaliser leur transformation numérique. Cependant, face à une faible évolution des PME manufacturières vers l’industrie 4.0, il convient de se demander si l’un des problèmes menant à cette stagnation est leur difficulté à accéder et à maîtriser les technologies liées à la quatrième révolution industrielle. Cet article consiste en une revue de littérature systématique appliquant la méthodologie PRISMA de manière à explorer les facteurs influençant l’accès à ces technologies chez les PMEs manufacturières et d’en constater leurs interrelations. Ceci permettra ainsi de mieux comprendre les différentes solutions qui existent pour augmenter le degré d’accès aux technologies numériques dans un contexte de PME. Sept facteurs ressortent de l’analyse des 29 documents retenus dans cette revue. Ces sept facteurs d’impact explicités dans cet article sont le coût technologique, la gestion managériale des PMEs, l’accès à l’information, la servicisation, l’aide gouvernementale, la responsabilité des fournisseurs de technologie 4.0 ainsi que la collaboration interorganisation. Des recommandations sont émises en conclusion, afin de permettre un apport de solutions concrètes pouvant aider les PME manufacturières à accélérer et réaliser un virage numérique avec succès.

The competitive and environmental context in which manufacturing Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are currently evolving is pushing them to achieve their digital transformation. However, faced with a weak evolution of manufacturing SMEs towards Industry 4.0, it is worth asking whether one of the problems leading to this stagnation is their difficulty in accessing and mastering technologies related to the fourth industrial revolution. This paper consists of a systematic literature review applying the PRISMA methodology in order to explore the factors influencing the access to these technologies among manufacturing SMEs and to observe their interrelationships. This will thus make it possible to better understand the different solutions that exist to increase the degree of access to digital technologies in an SME context. Seven factors emerge from the analysis of the 29 documents included in this review. These seven impact factors explained in this paper are the technological cost, the managerial practices, the access to information, the servitization, the government’s assistance, the responsibility of technology 4.0 suppliers as well as the inter-organization collaboration. Recommendations are issued in conclusion, in order to allow the contribution of concrete solutions that can help manufacturing SMEs to accelerate and successfully achieve their digital transformation.
